Community Features:
The Lakes at La Paz III Condominium Association is part of the Boca Pointe Community located in Boca Raton, FL. This 4-story building is comprised of 32 condominium units with views of either a lake or the golf course.
The building is one of several buildings in the La Paz subdivision, which is part of the Boca Pointe Community and is surrounded by an abundance of tropical foliage, mature palm trees and beautifully manicured gardens.
The Club at Boca Pointe provides optional membership for both residents and non-residents. There are various membership options which include an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickleball, a state-of-the-art fitness center, pool and jacuzzi, a large clubhouse with card rooms, exquisite dining rooms and valet parking.
The La Paz subdivision has a separate Clubhouse, 2 swimming pools and 2 tennis courts for residents of the La Paz community.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for paying Monthly Maintenance HOA dues to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions: Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the building regulations:
- Each unit has an assigned parking space.
- One household pet (cat or dog) is permitted per unit and must not exceed twenty-five (25) lbs. at maturity.
- No lease term shall be for less than four (4) months and no more than twelve (12 months).
- No unit may be leased more than two (2) times in any twelve (12) months.

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and/or lease in the building.
