Community Features:
Lakes at Boca Raton is a community of 653 total homes consisting of 92 Villas and Townhomes, and 561 Single Family Homes, located in Boca Raton. The community offers a Junior Olympic size community pool with kiddie pool and playground, poolside pavilion with 6 picnic tables and 4 BBQ grills, a fitness center. Also provided are 4 tennis courts and a basketball court.

The Board of Directors Meets Quarterly. Please check the Bulletin Board at the entrance to the Community Center for Meeting dates
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 30th of each month and may incur a late fee.

- No Commercial Vehicles, Boats or Trailers
Application for Lease (Application for Purchase not required.):
An application for lease approval is required for each lease in the community. The application fee for lease is $200 payable to Lakes at Boca Raton HOA. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to the on-site property manager’s office.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage, recycling and bulk is scheduled for Tuesday. Garbage and vegetation are picked up on Friday.
