Community Features:
La Vida Homeowners Association has 44 single family homes located in Boca Raton, FL. with a lake view from some of the homeowner properties. The community offers a covered Cabana seating area with 2 restrooms and a Pool for residents enjoyment.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July, and October. Payments are considered late after the 30th day of the first month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions: Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• No more than two (2) dogs and/or cats and/or household pets are permitted per residence.
• Lease terms of no less than four (4) months per unit are permitted.
