Community Features:
Kirkwood is a community of 56 townhomes, located in Lake Worth. This community offers a community cabana, pool and tennis court, open from dawn until dusk. Access keys may be purchased at GRS Property Management Associates, Inc. for $25.00 payable to Kirkwood HOA.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application, interview and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00 (cashier’s check or money order only), payable to GRS Property Management Associates, Inc and applications may be downloaded, using the above button.
Unit Monthly Assessments:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association of $288.05 (two bedroom), or $326.75 (three bedroom), due on the first of each month.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below.
Parking is assigned, two spots only and commercial vehicles are not allowed.
