Community Features:
Kensington Property Owners Assoc., Inc. is a community of 84 SFH located in Wellington. The community is located within Wycliffe Golf & County Club offering a complete first class golf club facility, clubhouse and dining rooms.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 3:00 at WCA office.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a 5% late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
Two pets, no dangerous animals, see documents.
Parking as posted in Wycliffe.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $50.00 payable to Kensington HOA. All payments must be in U.S. funds in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Management Associates, Inc.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pick up is on Tuesday and Friday and recycling, vegetation and bulk pick up is on Tuesday only.
