Community Features:
Jonathan’s Cove is a community of 264 townhomes, centrally located in West Palm Beach. The community offers a, pool, exercise room, tot lot, and sand volleyball.

Onsite Hours:
Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am to 11:00 am

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets in accordance with the Bylaws of the Association and at the discretion of the Board, via Zoom with notice to Homeowners.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above-noted link.

Architectural Changes:
All changes on the exterior of a lot must be submitted in writing through the association architectural application, which may be obtained above.

Garbage and Recycling:
Household trash: Monday and Thursday
Large items and landscape debris: Thursday
Recycling: Thursday
Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 p.m. the evening prior to scheduled pickup; otherwise, all containers are required to be stored out of sight.
