Community Features:
Joggers Run Property Owners’ Association is a community of 160 townhome style single family homes located in Greenacres, FL. This family friendly community offers a man-made lake, a tennis court, community pool, and clubhouse.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the first (1^st) day of each month; payments are considered late on the tenth (10^th) day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Some restrictions are as follows, however please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations for a comprehensive overview.

• Only one (1) Common household dog or cat may be kept per unit.
• No new owner of a unit may be permitted to lease the unit during the first twelve (12) months of ownership.
• Parking decals are required for resident vehicles.

Application for Purchase and Lease:

Architectural Control Modifications:
