Community Features:
Jog Estates is a gated single-family community located in Boynton Beach. This community offers a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and exercise facility. Jog Estates is a 55+ community and one owner/lease must be 55 years of age or older.
Owners may not lease unit for twenty-four (24) months after date of purchase.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Meetings of the Board of Directors are held on a monthly basis.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The administration processing fee of $200.00 per applicant is payable to GRS Community Management. Maximum of two (2) charges per application. Also, for purchases, a Capital Contribution in the amount of 3 months Jog Estates POA owner assessment payable to Jog Estates Property Owners Association, Inc. Is required. For leases a fee of $250 payable to Jog Estates POA. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Purchase or lease approval will not be given until the check clears the bank. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the noted link. All applicants must participate in a 15-minute phone orientation conducted by GRS before a certificate of approval is issued.
Architectural Changes:
ALL exterior alterations are to have PRIOR BOD (Board of Directors) approval.
Use Restrictions:
Vehicles:
No parking is permitted on any sidewalks, lawns or areas other than on the driveway or in the garage of a unit.
Pickup trucks are required to be parked in closed garage.
Common Area Security:
Please contact GRS Community Management at 561-649-8585 or by e-mail residentservices@grsmgt.com to have your phone number programmed into the front gate security system. Also, please give the Jog Estates POA Board Secretary your email address if you have one so that you can receive Jog Estates POA Board Minutes.
Clubhouse/Amenity Rental:
The clubhouse may be rented by residents of the association. The hours of the clubhouse are 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and the capacity is 48 persons. A fee of $50.00 plus a refundable deposit of $50.00 is required upon application. Applications may be obtained above.
