Community Features:

Isles of Boca Association, Inc. is a community of 136 units located in Boca Raton, FL. The community offers a clubhouse with a fitness center and resort style pool with jacuzzi.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the 4^th Thursday of the month.  Dates are subject to change.

 Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15^th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

 Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

PET RESTRICTIONS:

• Domestic pet only (no reptiles)
• Maximum of 2 pets, not to exceed 20 lbs. at maturity each
• Dogs and cats must be registered with Management office
• Pets must always be leashed

PARKING RESTRICTIONS:

• No commercial vehicles
• No Recreational vehicles
• No car covers, missing license plates or inoperable vehicles
• No unmarked vehicles (without windows)
• No street parking
• No parking on grass or in swale
• Parking permit required for guest spots

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Board of Directors through the Architectural Review Committee. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

• Garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday and Thursday.
• Recycling is scheduled for Monday.
• Yard and Bulk Waste is scheduled for Thursday.
