Community Features:
Inlet Harbor Club Condominium is a community of 62 units located on the edge of the Intracoastal Waterway in Boynton Beach, Florida.
In addition to our community pool, we are surrounded by nearly seven acres of green space, a highly treasured commodity in this time of overdevelopment. There is a heated pool, gazebo, and grill area.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm. Subject to change.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
Pet Restrictions:
- Owners Only – Tenants are not permitted to have pets
- One (1) dog – not more than 20 pounds after maturity or,
- Two (2) cats, or two (2) birds
Parking Restrictions:
- Only owners, tenants, and authorized guest’s vehicles are allowed in parking lots overnight.
- Park ONLY in Unit’s designated parking spot.
- No trailers can be parked over 12 hours.
- No commercial vehicles can be parked overnight
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Board of Directors. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays.
Recycling pickup is on Wednesdays.
Bulk pickup is on Thursdays.
