Community Features:
Imperial Wilderness Condominium Association is a gated 55+ Adult Community comprised of 542 Manufactured Homes and RV’s located in Naples, FL. This community is chock full of clubs, groups, and weekly activities for residents to enjoy and participate in if they wish. The community also offers many amenities such as a Clubhouse complete with a full working kitchen, social hall, billiards room, library, and fitness center. The community also features 2 swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzis, tennis/pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, and horseshoes.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are scheduled on a weekly basis.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for quarterly assessments to the association, due on the first (1st) day of January, April, July, and October; payments are considered late after the tenth (10th) day and may incur late penalty fees.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Rules & Regulations for a comprehensive overview of the Association’s Rules and Regulations, however a few of the community’s restrictions are as follows:

• Only one (1) household pet is permitted per household and must be registered.
• A dog must not weigh more than 40 lbs. at maturity; certain breeds are prohibited.
• Mopeds and powered bicycles may be used only after obtaining a permit from the Association.
