Heatherwood of Boca Raton Condominium Association, Inc.  is a community of 80 condominium units located in the heart of Boca Raton, FL. and is minutes away from pristine beaches, fabulous dining and boasts an A+ School District.  The community offers waterfront views, an ocean-access waterway with 16 boat slips, a newly renovated pool and spa, a private tennis and pickleball court, kayak storage, and acre-after-acre of lush landscape and grounds.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the 2^nd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1^st day of each month.  Payments are considered late after the 10^th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

A Purchase/Lease Application and a Certificate of Approval are required for residency along with applicable fees. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. Modification Requests:

All modifications must be submitted in writing with a Request for Modification Application and approved by the Board of Directors. Please click on the link on the left rail to access the Modification Application

Garbage and Recycling:

The garbage and recycling schedule is every Tuesday and Friday.  Please ensure all garbage and recyclables are placed inside the allotted bins.
