Community Features:

Harbour Towers is a community of 40 condo units in Palm Beach, Florida.

The community offers a Pool, Pool House and Shuffleboard courts for residents to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a Quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of the Quarter. Payments are considered late on the 30th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:

• PET RESTRICTIONS: No Pets, except canaries or similar birds in cages, goldfish or similar small fish.
• PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Owners have one (1) assigned, covered parking space. If a second car is owned, park in Guest space. Guests may park in one of the uncovered Guest parking spaces.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage, Recycling and Bulk pickup is scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
