Community Features:
Harbor Cove Neighborhood Association is an adult community (55+ years of age) located in West Palm Beach, FL. comprised of 100 single family homes in a small subdivision of Baywinds Community Association. The community offers a variety of amenities including Bocce Ball Courts, Six (6) Har-Tru Tennis Courts, Four (4) Shuffleboard Courts, a resort-style swimming pool, a lap pool, and a resistance pool, scenic Lakes and Ponds and Walking and Biking Trails.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Community Standards for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

  • At least one person 55 years of age must occupy the home. No person under the age of 18 may be a permanent occupant.
  • A non-refundable Capital Contribution equivalent to three (3) months of the current monthly assessment collected at the time of transfer/closing.
  • Owners may lease their units for a term of no less than thirty (30) days.
  • A maximum of two (2) leases only per twelve (12) months is permitted regardless of lease term.
  • Only Two (2) household pets are permitted per home.

Architectural Changes:
