Community Features:
Half Moon Bay Condominium is a gated community of 100 condominium units located in Hypoluxo, Florida. It is part of the Half Moon Bay Master Association, which offers numerous resort style amenities.  There are 2 pools, a clubhouse, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball and beautiful green space.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the last Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. 

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Quarterly assessment to the association, due on January 1^st, April 1^st, July 1^st, and October 1^st.  Payments are considered late on the 10th day of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.  

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview; however, the following are a few of the community restrictions:

• Lease Terms are no less than six (6) consecutive months and no more than twelve (12) consecutive months.
• No Pets are permitted on the grounds, this applies to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Moving in or out of a unit is permitted on weekdays only – moving is prohibited on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
