Community Features:
Grand Isles Condominium Association is a community of 320 condominium units, located in West Palm Beach. The community offers a pool, gym, volleyball, and tennis court.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed. Notice will be posted on property at least 48 hours in advance.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a MONTHLY assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each MONTH. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
- Maximum of two (2) pets, no more than 30 lbs. at maturity.
- Two (2) cars are permitted, one parked in the garage and one (1) parked outside in the spaces. If you are unable to park in your garage, then you are permitted to park one (1) vehicle Infront garage and the other outside in the spaces.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are not required for purchase but are required for lease application in the community. However, every new owner must fill out the new owner packet and all prospective Tenants must submit their application to the onsite office. A link is provided under the DOWNLOAD menu to obtain the information packet and instructions for submitting the completed form to the Association Office.
Architectural Changes:
Exterior changes are not permitted. All interior changes must be approved by the Board of Directors. A link is provided under the DOWNLOAD menu to obtain the architectural application.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Recycling and bulk are picked up on Monday and Friday.
Bulk Item must be placed in bulk area for pickup.
