Community Features:
Gardenway Condominium F-J Maintenance Association, Inc. is comprised of 40 condominium units located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Being part of the Gardenway neighborhood provides the local residents a tropical paradise lifestyle, known only to tourists as the perfect vacation spot. In addition to scenic waterfront views in Palm Beach Gardens and Juno Beach, you’ll have outdoor activities, beautiful beaches, top-notch shopping, and an entertaining nightlife at your fingertips.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions: Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:
- No more than two (2) dogs and/or cats are permitted per unit and may not weigh more than 25 lbs. at maturity.
- Owners may not lease their units for a period of one (1) year after transfer of ownership.

Architectural Changes:
