Community Features:
Gardens of Woodberry Homeowners Association is a community of 240 townhomes and duplexes located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. and is situated across from PGA Commons and is next door to Midtown. Lined with sidewalks and tropical landscaping, the development has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The community offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball, and racquet ball courts.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. Meeting notices/agendas are posted on the bulletin board located by the mail kiosk at the entry of community.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. Payments are considered late after the 5thday of the first month of the quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions.
- Capital Contribution equivalent to two (2) months assessments are required for all resales.
- Owners may lease their homes after 2 years of purchase.
- Lease terms may not be for less than six (6) consecutive months and may only be leased once within any twelve (12) month period.
- No more that a total of four (4) domestic cats and/or dogs; certain breeds are prohibited.
Application for Purchase or Lease:

Capital Contribution:
A capital contribution fee equivalent to two months of assessments is required for all resales.
