Community Features:

Forest Lakes POA is a community of 228 Townhomes located in West Palm Beach, FL. The community offers a tennis courts and racquetball courts.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets 4th Tuesday, Quarterly, 7pm at GRS Community Management, 3900 Woodlake Blvd Suite 309 Lake Worth FL 33463. Due to Covid-19 these meeting may be postponed, or we may hold a virtual meeting.

Association Financial Information:

Assessments are due on the 1st of each QUARTER.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common
restrictions are:

Resident(s) may have no more than two (2) acceptable pets or animals
(service animals shall be included) per dwelling and do not constitute a
nuisance. Acceptable pets are defined as dogs or cats, except that, subject to
the below grandfather provisions at no time may the following breeds be
allowed: Doberman, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow-Chow or German Shephard,
unless said dog is classified as a “service animal” nor may any dog which is
known “biter” regardless of breed be allowed to be kept on the property or in
any unit.

Because of the lack of availability of sufficient parking in the Forest Lakes
Community, and for the safety and welfare of all residents, and pursuant to
the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, the following limitations are
placed on the parking of permitted motor vehicles on the Forest Lakes
property:

1. For three-bedroom unit, at no time shall more than three (3) parking
spaces be occupied by motor vehicle owned, leased or under the
possession or control of the owner and/occupants of that unit.


2. For a two-bedroom unit, at no time shall more than two (2) parking
spaces be occupied by motor vehicle owned, leased or under the
possession or control of the owner and/or occupants of that unit.

3. To better assist residents with parking and decal requests or inquiries, please contact Brianna, Community Specialist at 561-641-2554 Ext. 218. All office visits will be by appointment only.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and
lease in the community. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Board.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesday & Saturday.
Recycling and bulk are picked up on Wednesday.
