Community Features:
Forest Grove Property Owners Association is a quaint community of 93 villas nestled within the Indian Springs community, located in Western Boynton Beach. This gated community is for adults over the age of 55 and features a heated pool for the residents’ enjoyment.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Monthly meetings are held on the third Monday evening of each month at the pool pavilion.
Association Financial Information:
Each owner is responsible for a monthly assessment, due on the first of each month. In addition, a quarterly assessment is due to the Master Association on the first of each quarter.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Rules and Regulations above for a detailed listing. This community is pet restrictive (no pets allowed).
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application for both purchase and lease is required and approval from both Forest Grove POA and the Master Association is required. Minimum lease is 3 months and maximum is 12 months. Please refer above for applications and detailed information.
Security Gate:
ISMA is in charge of all Security Gates, Guards and Homeowner Permanent Guest Lists/Gate access information. Forest Grove Master Association contact is ISMA. Please call the ISMA Security Main Office number at 561.732.1505 during normal business hours
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes including plantings of any kind must be approved by the Architectural Committee.

Garbage & Recycling:
Household trash is picked up on Tuesday and Friday. Please replace all receptacles out of sight on the day of pickup.
