Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00. Two checks are required: $50.00 (cashier’s check or money order only) payable to GRS Community Management and $50.00 (cashier’s check or money order only) payable to Forest Glen. Applications may be downloaded using the above button.
