Community Features:
Flagler Manor is a community of 32 homes in West Palm Beach, FL.
The community is one of fourteen neighborhoods in the beautiful Breakers West Association. Breakers West is a gated community 3 miles west of the Florida Turnpike and situated on a 670 acre of a natural wooded area and wildlife sanctuary. The community offers two private golf courses, the Mayacoo Lakes Country Club and The Breakers Rees Jones Course. The clubs offer swimming pools, tennis facilities, fitness centers and dining rooms. Residents of the community are invited to consider memberships.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
PET RESTRICTIONS: Animals must be always leashed. No bull terrier (pit bull) or any dog of violent temperament or otherwise evidencing such temperament. Must dispose of pet waste.
PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
Vehicles must be parked in driveways or garages. No overnight parking. All commercial & recreational vehicles must be parked in a garage. No garage may be used as a living area.

Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling is scheduled for Wednesday. Bulk and Yard waste is scheduled for Saturday.
