Community Features:
Fairview Villas is a community of 80 condominiums located in Palm Springs. The community offers a pool. Mailbox keys may be obtained from the U.S. Post Office and pool keys may be obtained at GRS Community Management for a fee of $25.00, money order or cashier's check payable to Fairview Villas.
Association Financial Information:
Each lot is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association with the amount determined by the square footage of the unit. Coupon books may be ordered above.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. The application fee is $100.00. Two checks are required: $50.00 (cashier’s check or money order only) payable to GRS Community Management., and $50.00 (cashier’s check or money order only) payable to Fairview Villas.
