Community Features:
Homeowners Association is a community of 84 Townhomes located in Boca Raton, FL. The Community offers a Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and Pool.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on a quarterly basis at the Clubhouse. Notice will be posted.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for an assessment to the association due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions::
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
Pet Restrictions: Maximum of three pets allowed. No Pitbulls. Copy of pet(s) vaccination records and license.
Parking Restrictions: Each unit has two parking spaces. There are no guest spots. Residents guests can park on 18th Avenue. Commercial vehicles are prohibited at any time unless they are providing a service during regular business hours.
Application for Purchase or Lease::
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. There is an application fee for resale or lease payable to Fairfield Gardens Homeowners Association and GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided to the left to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
