Records Request..

The Estates of Royal Palm Beach Records Request Policy is as follows:

  1. All record and document requests must be made in writing, delivered to the GRS Community Management office by certified mail.  Associated costs are the responsibility of the requesting homeowner.
  2. GRS to notify the requestor of receipt and approval, or denial with explanation, of the request by mail.
  3. The requester may review the documents at the GRS Community Management office. The records and documents may be printed and provided to the requestor at the time of viewing, any costs associated will be covered by the requestor. Copies may only be made pursuant to Florida Statute 720. A signed receipt shall be required and placed in the HOA file.
