Community Features:
The Estates of Royal Palm Beach is a 24-hour manned gate community of 405 single-family homes located at the intersection of Crestwood Blvd and Cypress Lake Drive in Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Meetings will be held on the first or second Tuesday of the month depending on the availability of the hall. Please watch for meeting notices posted at the community entrances to the date, time and location of the meetings.
Association Financial Information:
The association maintenance assessments are due on the first day of each month and a late fee of $25.00 after15 days past due.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior modifications must be approved in writing by the Association. Please download an application and the guidelines located on the left tab.
Homeowner Information
For owners and tenants residing in the community, we recommend that you complete the information on the HOMEOWNERS INFORMATION form located on the left tab, to ensure the Association has your current contact information.
Gate Changes & Information:
To notify the front entrance gate of changes to resident information and permanent guest list, please download and complete the Gate Resident Info Form on the left tab and deliver it to the gate.
