Community Features:
Enclave Shores is a community of 27 Condo units, located in Miami, FL.
The community is a gorgeous waterfront neighborhood nestled in the Biscayne Bay area. It offers a community pool and boat slips are available for rent if space is available.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association Rules and Regulations. Some common restrictions are:

PET RESTRICTIONS:

• One (1) Pet Limit
• Not to exceed more than 25 pounds.
• Breed Restrictions

PARKING RESTRICTIONS:

• Assigned Parking
• No Motorcycles or trailers.
• No Street Parking.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays.
