Community Features:

Eagles Nest Townhome Condominium is a community of 51 Townhome units located in Coral Springs, FL; each unit has an approximate floor plan between 1400 -1700 Sq. Ft. The community offers a shared swimming pool and is centrally located to shops, restaurants, schools, entertainment, and transport links. Eagle’s Nest is one of the many beautiful communities in Cypress Run.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets once per month on a date and time determined by the Board.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a Monthly Maintenance Assessment to the association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10^th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the Association’s Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Only one (1) pet per unit is permitted and must not exceed twenty-five (25) pounds at maturity.
• Owners must own and occupy their unit for a period of one (1) calendar year prior to leasing the unit.
• Units may be leased one (1) time during a twelve (12) month period.
