Community Features: 

Drexel Park Townhomes 1, Condominium Association, Inc. is a community with 120 townhomes, with one lake and natural preserve located in Delray Beach, FL.  Drexel Park is a gated community that offers a community pool, pool cabana, gym and playground area.

Association Dues Include:

Association responsible for mowing, hedging, fertilization, mulching, tree trimming, and landscape related exterior pest   (Builder plantings only)

Regularly Scheduled Meeting.

Board meetings held at Board’s discretion. All Board meeting will be noticed with at least 48 hours advanced.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due the 1st of each quarter. (January, April, July & October). Payments are considered late on the 10th of the month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Parking/Community Restrictions:  Please refer to the Association documents for complete information.

No street parking - park in garage and/or driveway.  No boats, boat trailers, jet-skies or commercial vehicle shall be permitted to be parked overnight, except in garages with the garage door closed.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

No lease less than three (3) month period to 12 month terms only – No unit may be rented more than three (3) times in a one (1) year period.  MUST HAVE PRIOR ASSOCIATON APPROVAL for occupancy.

Pet Restrictions:

Each Unlit Owner (regardless of the number of Owners), may maintain no more than two (2) household pets in a Unit, to be limited to ONE (1) DOMESTIC DOG, or two (2) domestic cats, or two (2) caged birds, or one (1) fish tank not to exceed fifty-five (55) gallons.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage & Recycling:

Mondays household trash & recycle. Thursdays household trash & bulk.

Please place containers on the roadside after 6:00 P.M. the evening prior to scheduled pick. Trash cans and recycle bins need to be picked up the day of garbage BY MIDNIGHT. All containers are required to be stored out of sight.

All trash, garbage and refuse from the units shall be deposited in garbage container intended for that purpose. NO TRASH BAGS ALLOWED out for collection.
