Community Features:
Dover is a community of 45 single family homes, located in Wellington. There are no amenities.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at 4:00 at the WCA building.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a QUARTERLY assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each QUARTER. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
Pick up trucks cannot be parked on the driveway overnight.
No parking on the grass.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesday and Friday and Tuesday is recycle/vegetation/bulk. Please do not put your garbage and recycle bins out until after 5:00 the night before pick up and put away as soon as possible after pick up. They must be stored out of sight.
