Community Features:

Devonaire Condominium is a community of 300 units ranging from one to three bedrooms located in Pembroke Pines. The community offers a large community swimming pool, a tot lot, in-suite washer and dryer, alarm systems, cathedral ceilings, onsite management (part time), close to shopping, minutes from hospital, great restaurants, excellent school district and easy access to I-75.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets annually.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment (based on size of unit) to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
1 bedroom receives one parking pass. 2-3 bedrooms receive two parking passes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Must provide copy of license, registration, and insurance.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $100.00 payable to GRS Community Management for administrative fees. All payments must be in the form of a money order, or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to Devonaire Condominium at Pembroke Pines. All condo fees must be paid in full and all water bills must be paid in full to lease a unit.

Garbage and Recycling:

All garbage must be placed in the designated trash dumpster on the property. Anyone found leaving trash in the common area will be fined after notice of hearing. Trash compactor pick up day is scheduled for Wednesdays.
