D’Este Court has 275 condominiums units and is part of The Fountains of Palm Beach. The Fountains of Palm Beach is a gated golf course community with no membership requirement. The community is located on Lake Worth Road, between the Turnpike and I-95.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board Meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. Please refer to the specific Lease and Purchase Applications under the Downloads section for applicable fees and processes. A unit cannot be leased for a term of less than three months and said unit shall not be leased more than twice in a calendar year.

Architectural Changes:
