Community Features:
Fieldstone - Cypress Lakes Preserve, is a community of 107 Single Family Homes, located in Lake Worth.

This is a gated community that offers a beautiful clubhouse with fitness facilities.  A large pool and a tot lot for residents’ enjoyment.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Month.  Payments are considered late on the 15^th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

PET RESTRICTIONS: 
None

PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
Commercial and recreational vehicles must be stored in enclosed garages.  No parking on common area, including sidewalks and street parking.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays.  Bulk and Recycling pickup is scheduled for Thursday.
