Community Features:
Cypress Lakes Estates is a gated community of 160 single family homes, located in Lake Worth. The community offers tennis courts and a playground.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday of each month in addition to an Annual and Budget meeting once per year; however, meetings may be postponed or moved to an online platform due to Covid-19. Please look for information as it becomes available.
Association Financial Information:
Each home is responsible for a QUARTERLY assessment to the association, which is due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are due on the 1st day of the month. Penalties will be imposed for payments received after the 30th of the month. Failure to pay on time will result in a minimum of a $25.00 late fee, and additional fees may apply.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:No boats, trailers, or campers may be parked overnight unless garaged. No Swimming in the community lakes, and no unapproved exterior changes may be implemented without ARC approval, and in accordance with your Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
This community does not require a purchase or lease application. All resales owners must provide a copy of their warranty deed to GRS Community Management and a copy of any lease is required.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Please download an application and follow the instructions. All required information must be completed in order for the committee to review your request.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday. Garbage cans and recycling bins may be placed no earlier than 6PM at the curb the night before pickup. Wednesday includes Bulk pickup and recycling.
Community Communication:
Cypress Lakes Estates uses One-Call-Now to communicate time-sensitive and important information with its residents via phone and email. Please share your phone number and email with the management company so that you may be added to these communications. Please do not opt out of the One-Call-Now.
