Community Features:

Cypress Forest HOA is a community of 264 single family homes located in Wellington, Florida. The community offers lakes and a gate maned by the Envera Virtual Guard.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a QUARTERLY assessment to the association due on the 1st day of each QUARTER. Payments are considered late on the last day of the first month of each quarter.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations.

Some common restrictions are:

2 pets maximum

No street or swale parking

All exterior modifications required an approved ARC.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

Applications for sale and lease are not required.  Envera forms must be completed by all new owners and tenants.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left.

Garbage and Recycling:

Trash pick-up is Wednesday and Saturday, Bulk is Wednesdays, Recycling is Saturday.
