Coventry Townhome Association is a community of 94 Townhome units located in Lake Worth, FL. Located on quiet streets, the homes share a community pool and have plentiful parking.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7 pm.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a $30 late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association Rules and Regulations. Some common restrictions are:
PET RESTRICTIONS:
- Up to two (2) household domestic pets, not weighing more than 50 lbs. each.
- No pit bull terriers are permitted without consent of the approving party.
PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
- No commercial lettering or equipment, and no signs on outside of vehicle.
- No recreational vehicle, camper, trailer, truck with more than 2 axles and no boats.
- No overnight parking on the streets, lawns, or other areas other than driveways or garages.
- No motorcycle, motorbike, moped, all-terrain, unless it’s licensed for street use and equipped with noise muffling equipment.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $200 payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes, including any backyard improvements, must be approved by the Board of Directors. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.
Garbage and Recycling:
Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesdays and Saturdays. Bulk pick up is on Saturday.
