Community Features:
Court of Delray Condominium Association has 43 individual condominium units averaging 1600 sq. ft. per unit in a 12-story tower located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Delray Beach, FL. This picturesque beachfront property offers a waterfront community pool and sundeck, private beach access, fitness center, sauna, and community room.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are scheduled as needed.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for quarterly assessments to the association, due on the first (1st) day of January, April, July, and October; payments are considered late after the fifteenth (15th) day and may incur late penalty fees.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Declaration of Condominium for a comprehensive overview of the Association’s Rules and Regulations, however a couple of the community’s restrictions are as follows:

• No pets shall be permitted in the Condominium.
• Units may be leased for no less than three (3) consecutive months and no more than six (6) consecutive months.
