Community Features:
Cloisters Property Owners Association is a community of 143 Villas and Townhomes located in Lake Worth, Fl.
The community is designed around a picturesque lake and offers a large pool, clubhouse, tennis, and shuffleboard courts. The clubhouse features a large meeting room, with a baby grand piano and overlooks the pool area. The pool has a jacuzzi and is open from dawn to dusk for residents to enjoy. There is a large park and areas to walk and bike. Adjacent to the park are the tennis courts that are open for residents to use daily.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm at the clubhouse.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Month. Payments are considered late on the 20th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
PET RESTRICTIONS:
- One (1) cat or one (1) dog not exceeding forty-five (45) pounds measured at maturity
- Two (2) domestic birds and fish in reasonable numbers
- All dogs and cats must have their rabies vaccination
- Pets must always be leashed. Leash must not exceed 8 ft. in length
- All waste must be picked up
- The pet shall be removed from the Community when emitting excess noise
- The owner is responsible for all damage caused to the common area by pet
PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
- No commercial vehicles permitted
- Recreational vehicles, vans, motorcycles (or other 2-wheeled motorized vehicles), pick-up trucks (vehicle with a cab or a cargo bed) must be parked in garages. No boats or boat trailers.
- No parking on grass or in swales. No repairs except for emergency purposes.
- No street parking
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above. Applications can be submitted in their entirety to the GRS Community Management office.
Garbage and Recycling:
- Garbage pickup is Mondays and Thursdays.
- Bulk and Recycling Pick up is Mondays.
