Community Features:
Centra Homeowners’ Association is comprised of 198 townhomes built in 2012 featuring stylish, sophisticated design and many upscale features. The community, built in 2012 and located in Boca Raton, FL, has a manned guard gate. The community also offers many amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, heated pool, spa and sundeck, biking/jogging trails and a children’s playground.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets once per month on the third (3rd) Thursday.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Monthly Maintenance Assessment to the association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Declaration for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- Only three (3) domestic animals are permitted per unit.
- A Capital Contribution equivalent to two (2) quarters or six (6 months) of current maintenance fees and will be collected at the time of sale/transfer of the unit.
- Units may be leased only one (1) time within a twelve (12) month period and may not be leased for less than ninety (90) consecutive days.
