Community Features:

Castellina is a gated community of 260 single family homes, located in Wellington. The community offers a clubhouse, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a pool/hot tub.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets throughout the year in addition to an Annual and Budget meeting once per year.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a QUARTERLY, assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are due on the 1st of the month. A grace period of 10 days is provided without penalty. Failure to pay on time will result in a minimum of a $25.00 administrative fee. Additional fees will apply if paid later than the 20th day of the month. Please see Late Fee/Collection Policy for details located on this page.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are:
No commercial vehicles, parking on the street or blocking the sidewalk. No fishing or boating in the community lakes.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. A link is provided to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Please download an application.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday and Thursday. Garbage cans and recycling bins may be placed no earlier than 6PM at the curb the night before pickup. Monday includes Bulk pickup and Thursday includes recycling.
