We are a 206-unit Condominium Community conveniently located near I-95 in East Boca Raton within walking distance to the Florida Atlantic University Campus.

Nearby features include Shopping, dining, hiking (El Rio Trail Head), the Intercoastal Waterway and beaches all within a 2-mile radius of this property.

Amenities Include: Pool, Tennis court, Picnic table/barbecue areas, laundry rooms, basic cable (Comcast), Controlled access to each building, and security cameras throughout the community.

Community Restrictions: 

Please refer to the association rules and regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

Pet Restrictions:  Domestic household pets not weighing more than 20lbs. Must be always leashed.  No pets within recreational facilities, including but not limited to the recreation buildings and the pool area.

Parking Restrictions:  Parking areas to be used by approved residents and their guests/invitees. Private passenger motor vehicles only.  No inoperable vehicles to be parked longer than 24 hours. (Subject to Tow) No repairs of any motor vehicle shall be made on the condominium property.  No trucks, mobile homes, trailers, campers, recreation vehicles, vans or other vehicles, boats, or equipment other than private passenger vehicles shall be parked or left standing upon condominium property, except for purposes of loading and unloading. Towing at vehicle owner's expense.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. Please refer to the specific Lease and Purchase Applications under the Downloads section for applicable fees and processes.  All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Monday & Thursday. Recycling on Thursday
