Community Features:

Bridgeport is a  55+ community of 160 attached villa style townhomes located in West Palm Beach. The community offers 3 pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, his & her saunas, and 6 tennis courts with lights, large clubhouse open 7:30 AM to 11 PM

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets the 3^rd Wednesday at 7 PM in the Clubhouse.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment of $75.00 to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is $150.00 payable to Bridgeport and $50.00 payable to GRS Community Management Associates, Inc. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Wednesday and Saturday. Recycling and bulk are picked up on Wednesday. Trash is not to be brought to the curb before 6 PM the evening before and all trash cans  are to be stored out of sight.
