Community Features:

Boca Teeca Condo No. 9 is a community of 117 Condominium units, located in Boca Raton, FL.
The association offers a large community pool and pool area for residents to enjoy.  This is a great location in East Boca only one mile to the beach and close to local shopping and downtown Atlantic Ave. not to mention all of Boca Raton’s pristine beaches.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets the 4^th Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm at the Spanish River Library.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a Quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Quarter.   Payments are considered late on the 15th of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

PET RESTRICTIONS:

No Pets are allowed.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS:

All vehicles must be registered and display a sticker on their window.  One assigned parking space per unit.  Guest spaces are available.  Open “Reserved Spaces” spaces are available for second vehicles.  Wrongfully parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. 

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior/interior changes must be approved by the Board of Directors. Please download an application by clicking on the link above.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesday and Friday.  Recycling and Bulk is scheduled for Thursday.
