Community Features:
Boca Landings Homeowners Association is comprised of a little over 700 single family homes and is located in Boca Raton, FL and is within an “A” rated school district and offers many amenities for the residents to enjoy. The clubhouse includes a large resort-style swimming pool and spa, along with a kid-friendly pool. The community also offers tennis, racquetball, or basketball courts as well as many walking/jogging trails throughout the community.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions: Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• Only common household pets are permitted, dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, gerbils, mice, and non-poisonous snakes.
• The maximum number of guests permitted to utilize the facilities/amenities is six (6) people along with the Owners.

Architectural Changes:
