Community Features:
Boca Bridges will consist of 504 Luxury Single Family homes, located in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Boca Bridges lifestyle complex will feature an opulent 27,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse and over 7 acres dedicated to recreation. The complex will consist of: Six Lighted Clay Tennis Courts and one Lighted Asphalt Tennis Court with Shade Pavilions; Racquet Center (Pro Shop); Four Lighted Asphalt Pickleball Courts; Stadium Seating and Raised Spectator Viewing Areas; Full Outdoor Basketball Court; Party Pavilion; Large Shaded Playground and Open Play Area.

The Clubhouse Includes: Restaurant with Poolside Seating; Full service Pool Bar on Covered Patio; Elegant Lounge with Bar and Catering Kitchen; Indoor Sports Court; Fully Equipped Fitness Center; Group Fitness Studio; Game Room; Card Room; Multi-Purpose Room; Locker Rooms with Saunas & Showers; Massage Room; Resort-Style Pool with shaded and covered patio seating; Lap Pool; Whirlpool Spa; Interactive Wet Play Area; Poolside Cabana Baths.

Association Financial Information:

Quarterly payments are due on the 1st of each quarter. A late penalty will be assessed and accrued, if not paid within fifteen (15) days after same becomes due.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee of $100.00 is payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior improvements, additions, or alterations, (including landscaping) require approval of the (ACC) Architectural Review Board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above. You may also obtain the application at the HOA on-site office.
