Community Features:
Bella Verde Condominium Association is an electronically gated, all-age community in West Boynton Beach comprised of 76 Mediterranean-inspired villas, condominiums, and coach homes and was recently built in 2003.

The neighborhood provides a picturesque atmosphere with elegant architecture, a beautiful lake situated in the middle of the grounds, and well-maintained tropical landscaping. The community offers a resort-style heated swimming pool and well-equipped fitness center for all residents to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• Two (2) household pets (cats and/or dogs) are permitted per unit and must not exceed twenty (20) lbs. at maturity.
•  No lease term shall be for less than three (3) months.

Architectural Changes:
